Rescue Bucket was created by Alfy and Chris, two residents of Lahaina, Maui, who experienced firsthand the devastating impact of natural disasters. After Alfy and his family lost their home, and both witnessed the gaps in disaster response during the 2023 Maui fires, they were inspired to create The Rescue Bucket. Combining Alfy’s expertise as a retired sheriff’s deputy and disaster response trainer with Chris’s entrepreneurial experience, they designed a product to help families be better prepared for emergencies. Our mission is to ensure no family faces a disaster unprepared.
